Here is the chronological summary of my coaching journey with Eugénie:
Session 1, Denial: Sleepless, tired, anxious white-collar worker who is trying to catch everything but lost health and wellbeing.
My inner voice: I don´t have time for this, what am I doing here?
Session 2, Awareness of existence: Sleepless, maybe more tired, squeezed and smashed under the tasks that I had to take care.
My inner voice: What this woman talking about? I am not listening her and why she still did not give up?
Session 3, Surrender: Same problems, even more and more burden but more enthusiastic to listen to her. Started to feel that I am listened no matter what.
My inner voice: well, there is a beautiful soul waiting patiently for me and creating incredible ways to support me and reach me and she never gives up! let's give chance
Session 4, Runoff harbor: Started to get excited to meet her, still no change in life but there were little buds bursting from deep with her patient and knowledge.
My inner voice: I don´t believe a change, I don´t believe none of these things but let's give a try.
Session 5, collision course of my soul: Eugénie with her professional methods and her endless love and patient, opened deep buried box in my soul. She made me believe that I am capable of.
My inner voice: How come I ended up talking to her for hours and how come I ignored all these things all the time which have traumatized me and returned back as health concerns.
Session 6, Meditation: I started to meditate clearly and successfully for the first time in my life. I know that I am supported, not alone and be listened.
My inner voice: I still don´t believe but maybe there is a change possible, in worst case it is extremely relieving to talk to her.
Session 7, The war and the peace: Started to realize that the life can be easier. Practicing what she taught me, brought me to a point where I can easily concentrate to the "moment"
My inner voice: I found my treasure.
Session 8 and ∞, Faith:
Understood how to respect and love myself and this happened effortlessly. Eugénie supported me with every step, we had a journey together. She invested to this journey far more than anyone would do, she helped me change and trust. Looking back, I think my sessions with Eugenie were the best thing I have ever done in my life for my existence.
"A wound in the soul, coming from the rending of the spiritual body, strange as it may seem, gradually closes like a physical wound. And once a deep wound heals over and the edges seem to have knit, a wound in the soul, like a physical wound, can be healed only by the force of life pushing up from inside.
This was the way Natasha's wound healed. She thought her life was over. But suddenly her love for her mother showed her that the essence of life - love - was still alive in her. Love awoke, and life awoke."
